The writing of the postgraduate thesis is a prerequisite for the obtainment of the Postgraduate Studies Diploma entitled "Surgical Oncology of the Skin, Soft Tissues, Vascular Anomalies". The thesis may be a research or systematic review study. In both cases, there should be a detailed account of how the specific literature references were selected as well as the formulation of a specific research question based on the identification of a gap in the literature. The text should be characterized by completeness, structure, organization, linguistic clarity and precision, but without falling short of originality and creativity. A key issue in a thesis is validity as well as logical continuity and consistency in the presentation of arguments, positions and opinions used to develop the student's thinking in the thesis.
