Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of this module, students will be able to:
• To define basic concepts such as Business Administration, Administration and organisation, Management.
• To understand the structure of health systems worldwide and in Greece.
• To evaluate the strategic and operational plans and the basic characteristics of a health system.
• Evaluate clinical and therapeutic protocols in relation to quality and performance indicators.
• To appreciate contemporary health problems.
• Assess and act appropriately in an emergency situation.
• Understand the importance of prevention.
• Apply first aid (BLS) and basic protocols according to each emergency situation.
