1. Understand the value of HR and the role of contemporary HRM in contemporary organisations,

Performance Evaluation, Reward Systems, Employee Relations, Hygiene and Safety,

Course Content (Syllabus)
The subject of the course is the contemporary approach in Strategic HRM. The emphasis on SHRM and its distinctive nature from Personnel Management is the frame of the parts that will be taught. These are: staffing, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, Reward Systems, Employee Relations, Hygiene and Safety and Special issues in HRM.
