Learning Outcomes
In the context of this course the students: - Will get a good knowledge about the Theory of Contracts and of Auctions procedures. - Will get the necessary knowledge about all types of Call for tenders of Public Procurement, which have been introduced by the EU policy since 1993 and transmitted to the national legal system. - Will get knowledge about the globalisation process and its impact to public procurement. - Will get a good knowledge of practices dealing with the public procurement market and which can be used by them, if they are involved in the business environment related to this topic.

Course Content (Syllabus)
It provides theoretical and practical information about the theory of contracts and the public procurement in goods, works and services. It gives emphasis on EU rules since 1993 and their transposition to the national legislation
