Course Content (Syllabus)
The course is a continuation of the course SPECIAL TOPICS IN DRAMA: PRODUCTION DRAMATURGY. Rather than focusing on product-led dramaturgy, it focuses on process-led dramaturgy, where ‘the content, form and structure are determined as the process unfolds’. This semester, the project will be built upon a specific existing site. The students, in groups, are asked to conduct research on a designated place/space, discuss their findings and ultimately design either on paper or in situ a full-length site-specific performance.
