Learning Outcomes
After completing successfully the course, students should be able to: - Understand the basic terms/theories of CSR and corporate/business ethics, - Recognise the strategic importance of ehical and socially responsible behaviour, as well as the significance of incorporating social responsiveness in strategic planning and management. - Critically assess, based on CSR theory, business problems by taking into consideration the social and environmental aspects of business decisions, - Be able to plan, implement and assess CSR programs, - Comprehend and assess the role of stakeholders of an orgnanization, as well as the basic characteristics of markets, customers, corporate governance, employees and environment in relation to CSR and ethics, - Understand and deepen in CSR frameworks/initiatives and metrics, - Read and prepare social reports.

The following areas will be covered: - Introduction in Corpostate Social Responsibility (CSR) - Business and Society: The social contract - Organisations/corporations as citizens: Social Oligation, Social Responisbility, Social Responsivess and Social Performance (Triple Bottom Line Results) - Planning and Implemention of CSR Programs - Stakeholder approach and Stakeholders Management - Corporate Citizenship - Public Relations and Crisis Management - Business/Corporate/Individual Ethics - Customers, Employees, State as Stakeholders
