Learning Outcomes
After completing successfully the course, students should be able to:
- Understand the basic terms/theories of CSR and corporate/business ethics,
- Recognise the strategic importance of ehical and socially responsible behaviour, as well as the significance of
incorporating social responsiveness in strategic planning and management.
- Critically assess, based on CSR theory, business problems by taking into consideration the social and environmental
aspects of business decisions,
- Be able to plan, implement and assess CSR programs,
- Comprehend and assess the role of stakeholders of an orgnanization, as well as the basic characteristics of markets,
customers, corporate governance, employees and environment in relation to CSR and ethics,
- Understand and deepen in CSR frameworks/initiatives and metrics,
- Read and prepare social reports.
