Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to • understand authentic surveying engineering texts • grasp the theoretical background underpinning their discipline bring together theory and practice in light of the projects-queries presented in class • familiarise themselves with the branches of surveying and the principles, techniques and instruments used in the various branches of surveying • familiarise themselves with the instruments used in geodetic surveying as opposed to plane surveying .
