Learning Outcomes
The aim of the module is to familiarize students with the special Modern Information Systems of Organizations and Businesses that support Economic Decision Making. Also gaining experience in IT Applications that have clear economic nature and they are frequently used by Economists. They will gain programming experience in Python programming language.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Students will become familiar with and study the following topics: The Information Systems of Organizations and Businesses and their capabilities to support economic decision making and knowledge management, E-Commerce, the contribution of Artificial Intelligence. There will also have an introduction to Python programming. In the Tutoring / Laboratory Department of the course, students will study and gain hands-on experience in the following: Excel Spreadsheets, Access Database Management environment, Python programming
