Course Content (Syllabus)
The thesis is targeted at contemporary cutting-edge topics in the MSc specialization. It involves simulations and/or experimental, with modern software tools also used in companies, universities and large research centers. Students are given the opportunity to gain practical experience using the equipment and infrastructure of the research laboratories belonging to the Department. Finally, the student learns to refer to the literature, to implement one or more techniques in terms of which to compare the performance of the technique he proposes. At the same time, the students in the various courses will make presentations of their work (communication skills, correct use of presentation techniques, familiarity with audience questions).
