Learning Outcomes
Students will understand the surgical approaches to any type of thyroid cancer. The training will be based on the surgical anatomy of the thyroid gland and the neck and the techniques of thyroidectomy and lymph node cleansing will be analyzed with video projection. Indications to look for in order to choose the appropriate surgical method will be analyzed. In addition, the complications of the surgery and the ways to deal with them will be analyzed
