Notion and typology of civil and social rights. Holders and adressees of the civil and social rights. Limitations of rights. Concurrence and collision of rights. The principle of human dignity. Equality. Personal liberty. Privacy. Religious freedom. Freedom of thought and expression.Collective action rights. Social rights.
