Learning Outcomes
After successfully completing the course, students will be able to understand the principles of project management. They will have the ability to distinguish technical projects from continuous production processes and analyze in depth the different stages of a project's life cycle. They will learn about different practices of project management through flexible organizational structures in relation to traditional project structures. They will understand the concept of strategy in project tendering from the perspective of public bodies and of bid submission strategy from the perspective of companies. They will be able to understand the concept of corporate culture and the environmental and social responsibility of companies. They will be able to analyze a technical project in terms of time and finances. They will understand in depth the concepts of corporate risks, project risks and use techniques for identifying, analyzing risks and proposing appropriate strategies for dealing with them.
