General Prerequisites
Very good understanding of the basic principles of Food Science and Nutrition. Good level of knowledge of Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology and Food Engineering.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, the student should: i. They know the topic of their master's thesis as well as its importance in food science and the food industry. ii. They know the experimental design of their master's thesis iii. They understand the length of time of the experimental part of the master's thesis and can construct a timetable for completion iv. They understand the importance of nutrients in the diet v. they can present their master's thesis topic

Course Content (Syllabus)
the postgraduate students present the topic of the postgraduate thesis based on the weekly program in the form of a seminar. the presentation includes the following parts: theoretical part, experimental design, schedule and results.

Description
All assignments is expected to be of high quality and delivered on time. The work is presented to all postgraduate students and teachers in the field of Food Science and Technology based on the predetermined program. Late work will not be accepted without the prior approval of the supervising professor. The grade for the course is determined as follows. Grading: Assignments: 50% Presentation: 30% Participation in presentations: 20%
