According to Article 4, paragraph 1, Law 3685/2008, the criteria for candidates selection should be the following:
The overall grade of the degree (Diploma 5 - years study. Degree 4 - years study).
The grade of undergraduate courses, related to the master program, that the candidate has.
The performance of the candidate in diplomatic or thesis.
Any existing professional or research activity, relative to the subjects of the master program.
The holding other degrees or postgraduate diplomas related to the subjects of the master program.
Publications in scientific journals and conference proceedings.
The results of interviews or written examinations, that may designated by the Candidate Selection Committee - for each direction.
Successful examination in all Curriculum Courses (total of twelve).
Oral presentation - examination of Master Thesis.
Access to 3rd Cycle Studies - postgraduate studies.
The rating scale, to which, the grades of student performance are calculated is ten-point (0-10). Excellent: 8.50 - 10.00 Very Good : 6.50 - 8.49
Welcome: 6.0 - 6.49 Unsuccessfully : 0.00 - 5.99.
The minimum passing mark is 6.
3 SEMESTERS, 90 ECTS
A full academic year of study equals 60 ECTS credits (European transfer and accumulation system of credits) and a full semester with 30 ECTS (1 ECTS = 25-30 hours of student workload) (Harmonization of Greek legislation, UNHCR D5/ 89 656/ B3, GG 1466/2007/ B, art. 1-3, according to the European). In each course is assigned the number of required ECTS (> = 2) expressing the workload required by the student to complete the course, workshop, tutoring, internships, etc.
