The approach to food safety and quality is holistic, covering the whole range of food production (primary production and processing), which is expressed in the sense of "from farm to fork" and, in this sense, the postgraduate diploma in Food Law is not limited to the Legislation concerning the processing of food, but extends to all stages of the primary production of plant and animal origin food.
