Learning Outcomes
Before the completion of this course each student should be able to: 1)understand and display knowledge on the fundamentals of MIDI sequencing & digital audio 2) Apply knowledge about these concepts into practical domains, by running small projects on processing MIDI/audio signals 3) Develop practical skills in connecting MIDI/audio systems with electronic musical instruments 4) Develop the ability to implement related applications that could be constructively used in music education settings.

Both instruction and students' practice are conducted in a computer lab with full facilities for desktop MIDI/audio production (20 workstations).
Among the types of software which is used most of the time during the semester,are:
1) Electronic presentation software (MS PowerPoint)
2) MIDI/Audio sequencing software
