Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction to Agricultural Economics. Basic concepts and principles of economic production. structure and current trends in agriculture in Greece, the EU and globally. Agricultural production factors. Production costs, cost of manufacturing and economic results. Agricultural production and prices and agriculture’s reliance on natural resources. Agricultural markets and structure.
