Course Content (Syllabus)
The study and knowledge of the history of the sermon, the reflection and the preparation of the preacher of the next day. The 13 teaching units are structured as follows: 1. Concept and purpose of the sermon. 2. Historical overview of the sermon. 3. Sources, topics and types of preaching. 4. Forms of preaching. 5. The deacon and the ministry of speech. 6. Superior, inferior speech and speech. 7. The mystagogic sermon. 8. Image and sermon - the reason for silence. 9. The aesthetics of speech. 10. The mystagogy of speech according to the Fathers of the Church. 11. Interpretation of cuts and exercise plans. 12. Efforts to write and deliver a sermon. 13. The preaching and the ministry of speech today. A critical approach.
