Learning Outcomes
After successfully completing the course the students have broaden their knowledge of differential and integral calculus of singlevariable functions. The students have also familiarized themselves with more complex issues, such as Taylorseries expansion and approximation, the concept and the evaluation of improper integrals and the use of nonCartesian coordinate systems.

Differential Calculus  Functions of one variable (Real Functions of a real variable, the derivative and the differential of the function, applications of a derivative, study of the real functions using derivatives)  Integral Calculus  Functions of one variable (Indefinite integrals, the definite integral, improper integrals, approximate methods, applications of integrals).
