Course Content (Syllabus)
Continuing with the same book ('English for Agricultural Sciences'), emphasis is given on the production of a brief written discourse in the form of summaries. Students are trained to write the summarization of the 'further-reading' texts included at the end of the units. Their overall training through a plethora of tasks enhances their better consolidation & strengthening of their already existing linguistic background. Besides, their systematic exposure to the target language makes them more proficient and well-grounded in the ESP language of their specialty. (ESP=English for Specific Purposes)
