Historic analysis, ecological and environmental problems of inhabited areas. Beneficial im¬pacts of the urban green. Living conditions of urban vegetation. Physiological damages from environmental factors. Criteria for tree selection. Measures for the improvement of tree growth conditions in urban areas. Valuation of various tree and shrub species.
