Learning Outcomes
Knowledge: Training of students on basic knowledge of biology and computational biology. Biology as a data science. Algorithms and databases for molecular biology. Functional genomics basics. Genome evolution and phylogeny. Computational problems for life sciences.
Skills: Acquiring the ability to identify and select resources and tools for computational biology. Solving questions, reproducibility, searching for bibliographic and molecular information. Presentation of their work (communication ability, correct use of presentation techniques, familiarization with questions from the public).
