Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will:
-Develop the realization of a proposal for an artistic 3D project.
-Focus on topics relevant to the correlation between sculpture, space, and content.
-Detect, through research, contemporary sculpture artists, and trends that share common traits with their proposal.
-be able to conduct critical discourse on the realization of their sculptural project.
-be accustomed to sculptors’ professional practices.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Supervised artistic research on students’ proposals that is focused on their concept, personal expression, and reflection on topics relevant to the correlation between sculpture, space, and content. Emphasis on students’ personal artistic inquiry with references to contemporary sculptors and subject matters of their interest. Debates and enhancement of critical discourse on issues that address subject, material, and realization of their sculptural project. In the form of seminars, the emphasis is placed on issues of professional artistic practice.
Artistic activities and exhibitions are organized, in collaboration with social and educational institutes to enhance both students' artistic and educational skills.
