The right to enroll at the second level of postgraduate studies that leads to a Doctoral Degree, the candidates must comply with the following requirements: 1) must be holders of BSc degree from a recognized Greek or Foreign University, with a minimum graduation grade > 6.0. 2) a Mastersegree from a recognized Greek or Foreign University. 3) Relevance of one of the above a-b with the proposed research field of the doctorate thesis or published and recognized relevant scientific and research work. 4) Certified knowledge of the English language or the French language in the case the research subject is related to Enology - Viticulture. Depending on the case the doctoral candidate during the course of the study is obliged to attend and be successfully examined in undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Requisite title for employment as a researcher/scientist in a research institution or as a member of the academic staff in a University and as qualified staff of the highest level in the public or private sector.
The qualification is a terminal award at the highest level of Hellenic Educational system.
