2000–2001	Οι βιογενείς αμίνες στους ελληνικούς οίνους: 1) Ποιοτικός και ποσοτικός προσδιορισμός αυτών και διερεύνηση των παραγόντων εκείνων οι οποίοι είναι υπεύθυνοι για τη σύνθεσή τους.
