Course Content (Syllabus)
Seeds growing physiology and related factors. Regulators of plant growth (plant hormones). Water balance (absorption, transmission and transpiration). Nutrients - nutrient elements necessary for plant growth. Plant metabolism and related factors [photosynthesis (C3, C4, CAM), respiration (aerobic, anaerobic) nitrogen assimilation)]. Physiology of kinetics (phototropism, geotropism etc).
