Learning Outcomes
Τarget * To provide students with the necessary tools for understanding issues related to analysis and design of information systems in health * To demonstrate basic techniques that applicable and useful in medical informatics * To establish a framework of modern methods and techniques in medical informatics R&D * To involve students in the discussion / consideration of modern analysis and design problems of health systems Objectives of the course Upon completion of this course , students will be able to: * Make use of appropriate analytical methodologies and design medical information systems * Have the necessary initial familiarisation with the different tools currently used worldwide * Be able to make appropriate use of techniques and tools to develop ( at least simple ) information systems for medical applications * To discuss the requirements for different approaches to analysis & design
