General Prerequisites
Engaging with the texts of Saint Gregory Palamas is always an invitation for the researcher, scientific and at the same time spiritual. The wealth of topics that emerge from his texts requires hard work and intellectual intensity. At the same time, the danger of the scholar projecting his ideas onto the sources and altering their perspective is very serious, especially for the texts of the saints of Hesychastic spirituality.
In the lesson we try to approach the texts of Saint Gregory Palamas in a way that does not change their internal dynamics and perspective and at the same time systematically exposes his teaching about the end times as present and as expected.
