Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to use techniques, equipment and software for the full 3D surveying and mapping of large areas. Students in particular will be able to: 1) use unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for the 3D photogrammetric surveying of monuments and sites 2) use integrated moving systems combining scanning techniques, photogrammetry, GPS for the surveying and mapping of large areas, road works and general construction and the natural environment 3) use appropriate software for the management of large data sets within a GIS software
