-address intractable issues arising from the establishment and execution of the new types of contracts
-draft efficiently a contract
-apply the freedom of contracts in a practical manner
-examine the limits of the freedom of contracts
Course Content (Syllabus)
The course “LAW OF COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS I" examines permanent contacts of commercial nature of the modern economy includig but not limited to distribution contracts, franchising, agency and portfolio management.
