The course is open only to the students of the Drama-Performance specialization.

The course is a seminar course, it has obligatory attendance and is examined on the basis of three papers, which are submitted during the semester. The common target of all three is the training in the use of bibliography and its incorporation into academic writing. The students are asked to a) summarize an academic paper, using references and quotes to/from it (20%) b) write a book review of an academic book, in the same manner (40%) c) collect, organize and present the critical reception of a modern Greek production of Oedipus Tyrannus (40%) NOTE: Good knowledge of English and the subsequent access to English bibliography shall allow for a more substantial engagement with the thematics of the course.
