Introduction to Metrology, organization structure and perspectives of the National Quality Infrastructure System:
Units and measurements' methodology of physical and electrical quantities with respect to materials science (mass, volume, density, force, pressure, hardness, temperature, electric signals). Traceability, calibration, certification, accreditation, standardization, comparative and interlaboratory measurements. Typical paradigms of uncertainty budget calculations, necessary mathematical background.
