Learning Outcomes
The epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of vascular injuries are taught. Regarding the vascular injury treatment, emphasis is placed on the teaching of therapeutic algorithms and, despite the great variety and atypia of vascular injuries, the basic principles of their operative treatment. The PMS graduates should be able to support the oligemic polytrauma patient, to timely diagnose subacute traumatic vascular injuries and to treat the basic vascular trauma situations.

• Vascular injuries of extremities II (trauma in drug addicted patients, infection of vascular prosthesis)
