Learning Outcomes
The aim of the course is for the student to acquire the knowledge and skills required, so that upon completion of the semester, they will be able to: • Analyze the body's physiological adaptations to aerobic exercise and interpret the role of fitness in the prevention and promotion of health. • Describe and explain the basic principles of designing aerobic exercise programs (FITT – Frequency, Intensity, Duration, Type). • Assess the fitness level of different individuals and select appropriate training methods and progress monitoring. • Create and guide complete Aerobics programs (e.g. low-impact, high-impact, step aerobics), adapted to different levels of fitness. • Safely apply techniques and exercises, avoiding injuries and adhering to basic industrial and ergonomic rules. • Develops leadership and communication skills for managing groups during group aerobics sessions. • Evaluates the outcome of a program and redefines program strategies and goals as a health/exercise professional.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The course aims to develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of aerobic exercise and fitness. Students are trained in the design, execution and evaluation of Aerobics programs for different population groups, with an emphasis on physical fitness, prevention and health promotion.
