| Description | Mr. Dimitrios Fitsios, PhD candidate in the area of optical communications under the supervision of Assistant Professor Nikos Pleros, received the IKY/Siemens Doctoral Excellence Scholarship for research in the scientific field of “Nanotechnology and Applications”. Only 20 students received this scholarship among all Greek universities for this specific scientific field, while the total number of awarded students among all four scientific sectors was only 73. |
