Course Content (Syllabus)
This lesson is the final in the area of substantive law in our faculty . The law student has to learn most complicated theoretical problems .He must be also able to analyze and discuss cases .For a successful study is important for him/her to know with details the main topics of the Greek civil law, especially the general theory on capacity and contracts, tort law property law, and the basic issues of family law and succession law.
