After the successful completion of this course, students will be able:
-to read iconographic programs and plans, to perceive the distribution of composition in the monument
-to apply a correct scientific terminology in the analysis of iconographic subjects
-to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the scene of the Second Coming

Course Content (Syllabus)
Study of the iconographic programs of Byzantine churches. Special topic: examination of the Last Judgment and integration into the program of the church. Function of the churches and the composition of the Last Judgment in Macedonia and Balkans.
