General Prerequisites
Necessary condition is "German Language I" and "German Language II".
Learning Outcomes
The teaching hours provided for German language courses (III, IV - Level A and B) is (4) four weekly. For the language level B provided additional Amplifier tutorial , ie a two-hour weekly (2) course , which is mandatory, is themed with mostly German language courses (III, IV) and strikes a booster Dealing with the contents of each semester.
Additionally towards language coverage weaknesses of students / three - designed and practical language exercises ( III , IV) of which monitoring is necessary especially for students / - with only three major linguistic weaknesses , because their contents are shaped according to the needs the weaker language students / three - and represent a further opportunity to develop and practice basic language communication skills.
At the end of the fourth semester and given the systematic and active participation of students / - three in the above courses offered and language exercises is expected that the minimum language level of students / or three will reach level B2 + / C1 - .
The examination for the third and fourth semester conducted orally and in writing . To participate in the exam of German language courses ( III , IV ) is required regardless of their level - the delivery of a sufficient number of written assignments . In addition to the B level is a prerequisite systematic and successful monitoring of the amplifier tutorial . The successful examination in German language courses ( III , IV ) allows participation in the courses of the second level of study (5th - 6th semester).

Course Content (Syllabus)
DEUTSCH
Im Vordergrund steht die Beschäftigung mit geisteswissenschaftlichen journalistischen Texten, anhand derer die Produktion studienrelevanter Textsorten (Textzusammenfassung, Kommentar, Bericht, Erörterung) entwickelt und geübt wird. Im Bereich des mündlichen Ausdrucks werden Diskussionen zu aktuellen Themen geführt, wobei auch Videobeiträge und Hörtexte zum Einsatz kommen. Darüber hinaus ist die Präsentation von Kurzreferaten vorgesehen.
Bewertung: Prüfung schriftlich und mündlich.
