Learning Outcomes
Instruction in fundamental dives,including approach, take off, execution of the dive, and entry into the water. Emphasis is placed on the basic forward,backward, reserve, and twisting somersaults. The course is designed for all levels regardless of past diving experience.Practice on boarding 1,3, and 5 m.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Theory-practice, 1.History and evolution.Basic rules(Theory). 2.Diving pool, safety, rules, competitions (Theory). 3.Texniques and movements, land exercise (practice). 4.Familiarization with trampoline(practice). 5.Τecniques on the trampoline (practice). 6.Dives from small high. Easy exercises (practice). 7.Dives and entrances into the water with legs. Steps (practice). 8.Dives και entrances by uper and lower body (practice). 9.Dives and positions Α, Β, C. D. Twists. (practice). 10.Twists. Dives from 1, 3 and 5 m. (practice). 11.Steps on the board (practice). 12.Dives from 3 and 5 m. Test. (practice). 13.Review. 14.Tests.
