Learning Outcomes
Understanding Internet information Systems principles, identify core issues involved in Internet information management, the models od information representation Web. -based applications and Web accessing over interfaces. Training on designing and developing of Web-centered applications with special focus on the Social Web. Emphasis on applications which are relevant with Web 2.0 social data analysis.
Course Content (Syllabus)
Basic concepts for Internet information and data management. Data types on the Web and data representation standards. Web structure and the graph model. Performance metrics and Web characterization with information clustering techniques. Caching and Internet content delivery. New technologies and new collaborative frameworks on the Web. Social Web, social networks, Web 2.0 technologies and social data analysis.
