• Urban planning, land use and urban residence • Elements of the political economy of housing • Housing conditions, residential and social mobility • Social inequality and the social geography of residence • Housing and social exclusion in the cities of the "North" and "South" (homelessness, slums, gated communities, etc.) • Residence and housing/ social policy • Gentrification and regeneration of residential urban areas • Urban social movements and the question of housing • Urbanization and housing in Greece and Europe
