Competence in analysing and interpreting the theatrical text, researching and designing costume proposals, constructing costumes. Knowledge in the history of costume and in textiles and other costume materials(terminology and use). Basic costume patterns.
Course Content (Syllabus)
Analysis and interpretation of theatrical text. Inspiration sources, research and argumentation. Organising and designing a proposal(portfoglio), history and sociology of costume(Roman, medieval and rennaisance period)textiles and costume materials, basics in costume construction.
