Learning Outcomes
The succesfull completion of the course should allow the students: 1. To know the basic principles of law. To know the basic principles of the national and EU legal framework for the development of public/private civil engineering projects. 2. To know the basic legal processes for tendering, procurement, financing and development of public civil engineering projects. 3. To know the regulations for the licensing and developemnt of public/private civil engineering projects.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Introduction to funding programs in the country from the EU. Analysis of the basic principles of Community law, with emphasis to co-financed public projects. Presentation of the legal framework for public services. Analysis of the current institutional framework for public works. Introduction to the legal framework for private projects.
