Course Content (Syllabus)
1ΜΟ1 FILM EDITING I Introduction to sound and image processing Practical workshop on the use of PCs for sound and image processing in film. Students are required to gain a basic technical competence in working with the department’s editing software through short editing exercises. Furthermore, they are introduced to the post production workflows and are supported for the completion of projects of parallel courses. Finally they develop an ability to train others in using editing software.

The course is practical and takes place in the IT room. Students work in pairs in front of a PC. Video tutorials made by members of stuff are available.

Description
Students are examined by executing a short editing exercise. Their grades are also determined by 25%, according to their performance in mid term exercises and participation.
