Learning Outcomes
Students develop skills in reading and evaluating published research papers. Various types and methods of action research are discussed while the course includes some basic work on statistics. By the end of the course, students will have developed the skills necessary to design and implement research in the school context.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The course offers a comprehensive overview of research methodology in the school context. Various research methods (questionnaire, observation, interview, experiment) and types of research (qualitative-quantitative) are examined and analysed while advantages and disadvantages are discussed. During the course, all the steps involved in executing research projects are described, from planning and collecting resources to conducting the research and reporting the results.
