Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the PostGraduate Programm in the course of Ecclesiastical Law, the graduates know in an extremely satisfactory level the relevant theory, and mainly the rich case law (Council of State, Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, Courts of First Instance) on the following topics, which are the most specifically known Course areas: Religious freedom in Greece and the European Union, Administration and Organisation of Church and Religious Legal Persons and Communities, Administration and Management of Church Property, Criminal and Disciplinary Law of Ecclesiastical and Religious Legal Persons and Communities.
Course Content (Syllabus)
