Course Content (Syllabus)
Historical development of track and field events. Analysis of running with hurdles, jumping and throwing technique. Special issues of hurdles, high jump, discus and javelin. Teaching of the events according the capabilities of elementary shcool children and high shcool age children. Rules of competition.
