Course Content (Syllabus)
Composition of earth - geothermal gradient. Forces acting on earth, surface and inherent. Tectonic geology-layers-folds, geological maps - geological profiles. Rocks and minerals. Mineral identification. First order minerals, second order minerals. Igneous, Metamorphic, Sedimentary rocks. Rock weathering. Soil erosion-geological, accelerated.
