Learning Outcomes
After the completion of the module, students:
1) Will understand the basic principles of small-medium business management
2) Will comprehend the concepts of entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation
3) Will realize the personal characteristics which are needed in order to succeed in managing a small-medium business
4) Will develop effective leadeship skills in the context of a small-medium business
5) Will understand the basic principles of small-business Marketing
Course Content (Syllabus)
The purpose of the module is to describe and analyze basic concepts of entreprenurship and small-medium business management. In this context, students will be familiarized with vital issues which are required for the development and functioning of a small-medium business such as, among others, business plan, leadership, human resource management, and Marketing.
