They will have been familiarized with the basic English terminology of their discipline They will have mastered how to write a laboratory report in English They will be proficient in reading and comprehending science texts They will have learnt about the structure of papers published in scientific journals as well as about the critical writing required when authoring papers. They will have learnt and practised how to conduct oral presentations (this applies for students who opted for this strand)
